Shipping Policy

Once you have enrolled in a Theralogix Continuity Program, you will receive your initial supply in approximately 5-7 business days and thereafter you'll automatically receive a re-supply just before your current bottle runs out.

If at any time you wish to discontinue your enrollment in our Continuity Program, change your next ship date, or update your personal information, including your delivery address, you can do so by managing your account online or by calling toll-free (800)449-4447. Changes you make will affect your future shipments, but will not affect those which have already been processed.

Savings on delivery charges occurs for shipments of two bottles or more.

Surcharges are added for shipments outside the 48 continental states.

International shipping and other special requests can be arranged by calling our office toll-free at (888)899-3899.

We discreetly ship all products by U.S. Mail or UPS, in a plain envelope or box.

Some customers may experience an accumulation of product over time. It is known that after a three year period customers most customers who have been taking their product as directed will have exactly one extra two-month bottle of product. We have experimented with shipping intervals for thousands of customers, and found that by changing the shipping interval by one day longer results in some customers farthest from our warehouse running out of product before their next shipment arrives. Theralogix offers total control to customers of their shipment schedule through online account management and toll-free Customer Support. If at any time you decide to change your shipment interval, delay your next shipment, or cancel your account, you may do so very easily using one of these methods.
