Shipping Policy

Once you have enrolled in a Theralogix auto-refill program, you will receive your initial supply in approximately 5-7 business days and thereafter you'll automatically receive a refill just before your current bottle runs out.

If at any time you wish to discontinue your enrollment in our auto-refill program, change your next ship date, or update your personal information, including your delivery address, you can do so by managing your account online or by calling toll-free (800)449-4447. Changes you make will affect your future shipments, but will not affect those which have already been processed.

All products include free shipping for customers enrolled in an auto-refill program within the United States.

International shipping is not available due to the increasingly restrictive import regulations worldwide.

We discreetly ship all products by U.S. Mail or UPS, in an envelope or box.

Some customers may experience an accumulation of product over time. It is known that after a seven year period most customers who have been taking their product as directed will have exactly one extra three-month bottle of product. It may look like we're sending too soon because after two years you may have a one month supply on-hand when your next bottle arrives. We have experimented with shipping intervals for tens of thousands of customers, and found that by changing the shipping interval by one day longer results in some customers farthest from our warehouse in Pennsylvania running out of product before their next shipment arrives. Theralogix offers total control to customers of their shipment schedule through online account management and toll-free Customer Support. If at any time you decide to delay your next shipment or cancel your account, you may do so very easily online or by telephone at (800)449-4447 anytime 24/7.
