How does the Theralogix Continuity Program work?

The Theralogix Continuity Program is designed to help assure the ongoing benefit of continued supplementation. It also allows for the convenience of shipments sent in a timely manner directly to your home. Every two months, you will be shipped a re-supply bottle(s) of supplement, and your credit card will be charged automatically. If you do not have a credit card, and prefer to make payments by check or money order, please see If I don't have a credit card or choose not to pay by credit card, can I order a Theralogix product(s)?.

If you wish to update your personal information, or change your next ship date, simply fill out a change information form online, or call 1-800-449-4447.

If at any point, you wish to discontinue the supplement, simply fill out a cancellation form on our website, or call 1-800-449-4447. When you enroll in a Theralogix Continuity Program, your billing information will be kept on file in our secure, web-based server.

Why should I inform my health care provider of taking a Theralogix supplement?

It is always important to tell your doctor or other health care provider which nutritional supplements you are taking. Although certain nutritional supplements can be very beneficial in some individuals, everyone may not benefit. For example, some nutritional supplements can interact with prescription medications, and some may not be recommended if you have a certain medical condition. If you find sorting through all the available supplements confusing and frustrating, your health care provider can help decide which supplements make sense for you.

Why should I provide a PRC?

The PRC (Provider Referral Code) permits you to order Theralogix supplements at a preferred customer price. It also allows us to notify your referring health care provider when you place an order for, or cancel one or more of our products. This notification helps your provider keep track of what you are taking and monitor you for related outcomes.

Like most health care companies, public or private, we count many health care providers among our investors; your particular health care provider may or may not be among our investors.

Whether your provider is or is not among our investors, we remind you that your health care provider has made the choice to refer you to a Theralogix product based on what is clinically appropriate for you as a patient.

Are Theralogix supplements safe?

Absolutely. Theralogix supplements are formulated by our Medical Advisory Board (MAB), which consists of leading academic physicians and scientists from leading medical schools. The first and most important decision that the MAB makes is whether the product formulations are safe. If the board does not agree that a product is safe, it is not produced.

All Theralogix products have been independently certified by NSF® International for content accuracy, product purity, and freedom from contaminants. The NSF seal guarantees that each Theralogix supplement contains exactly what is stated on its label, there are no contaminants or other ingredients that are not listed on the label, and GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), which are established by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), have been met during the production of the product.

How do I report an adverse event?

Although all Theralogix products are safe, and we do not expect any problems to occur, serious adverse events can be reported by calling 1-888-899-3899, ext. 4. The FDA defines a serious adverse event as one that is life-threatening, requires medical intervention to prevent permanent damage, and/or results in hospitalization, disability, or death.

Serious adverse events can also be voluntarily reported directly to the FDA by calling 1-800-FDA-1088 or going online and filling out the FDA Form 3500 at https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/medwatch/.

If I don't have a credit card or choose not to pay by credit card, can I order a Theralogix product(s)?

Yes, you can order Theralogix products with a check or money order if you choose not to use a credit card. To pay by check or money order, please make payable to Theralogix, and mail to:

Please include the name of the product(s) that you wish to order, your PRC (Provider Referral Code) if you have been referred by a health care provider, and your contact information. The check/money order should be written for the cost of the product(s) + $4.95 delivery (for one bottle), $6.95 for 2 or 3 bottles, or $8.95 for 4 to 6 bottles.

What is the return policy for Theralogix products?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened bottles of Theralogix supplement* within 30 days. We will refund the entire purchase price less delivery charges. Product must be returned in original condition to:
