Q. What can I expect when ordering from Theralogix?

A. 

After ordering from Theralogix, your initial order should arrive within 5-7 business days. Refills will automatically be sent just before you run out, typically every three months. Automatic refills helps to assure that you receive uninterrupted supply of the nutrients you need. It can also be convenient to have shipments sent directly to your home. Refills will charge automatically to your credit card. When you order from Theralogix, your billing information will be kept on file in our certified, secure, offline database. If you do not have a credit card, and prefer to make payments by check or money order, please call us at 1-800-449-4447 (toll free).

If you wish to update your personal information, or change your next ship date, simply sign in to your account online, or call 1-800-449-4447.

If at any point, you wish to discontinue the supplement, simply sign in to your account on our web site, or call 1-800-449-4447. If for some reason automatic refills will not work for you, please call us at 1-800-449-4447 for single bottle sales.


Q. Are Theralogix supplements safe?

A. 

Yes. Theralogix supplements are formulated by our Medical Advisory Board. The first and most important decision that they make is whether the product formulations are safe. If the board does not agree that a product is safe, it is not produced.

In addition, all Theralogix products have been independently certified by NSF® International for content accuracy, product purity, and freedom from contaminants. The NSF seal guarantees that each Theralogix supplement contains exactly what is stated on its label, there are no contaminants or other ingredients that are not listed on the label, and current Good Manufacturing Practice), which are established by the FDA, have been met during the production of the product.


Q. Can I use my Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for my Theralogix nutritional supplement?

A. 

You cannot pay for Theralogix products with an FSA Debit Card, but you may be able to file a claim for reimbursement with your FSA plan. Please check with your FSA plan for details on how to file such claims. Effective Jan 1, 2011, a written prescription from your healthcare provider is required to cover over-the-counter products such as Theralogix nutritional supplements.


Q. Why should I use a PRC (Provider Referral Code)?

A. 

The PRC allows you to order Theralogix supplements at a preferred customer price. It also allows us to notify your referring healthcare provider when you place an order or cancel one or more of our products. This notification helps your provider keep track of what you are taking and monitor your progress once you start taking the supplement.


Q. Does my healthcare provider receive a commission for referring me to Theralogix?

A. 

No. Healthcare providers do not receive commissions for referring Theralogix products.


Q. Does my healthcare provider have any financial relationship with Theralogix?

A. 

Like any company, public or private, Theralogix has investors. Your particular healthcare provider may or may not be among our investors. Our investors do not receive commissions for referring Theralogix products.

Whether your provider is or is not among our investors, your healthcare provider has made the choice to recommend a Theralogix product because it is clinically appropriate for you as a patient.


Q. If I don't have a credit card or choose not to pay by credit card, can I order a Theralogix product(s)?

A. 

Yes, you can order Theralogix products with a check or money order. Please call 1-800-449-4447 and our customer service department will assist you with your order.

Please have the referral slip or brochure given to you by your healthcare provider handy if you have been referred.


Q. What is the return policy for Theralogix products?

A. 

Unopened bottles of Theralogix supplement* can be returned within 30 days. Please follow the return procedure detailed on the Returns Policy page or call customer service at 1-800-449-4447 (toll free).


Q. How do I report an adverse event?

A.
