Q. What can I expect when ordering from Theralogix?


When you order from Theralogix, your initial supply will reach you within 5-7 business days, and thereafter your refills will be automatically sent when needed, typically every three months. The purpose of automatic refills is to help assure the ongoing benefit of continued supplementation. It also allows for the convenience of shipments sent in a timely manner directly to your home. Just before you run out, you will be shipped your refill bottle(s) of supplement, and your credit card will be charged automatically. Q. Are Theralogix supplements safe?


Absolutely. Theralogix supplements are formulated by our Medical Advisory Board (MAB), which consists of leading academic physicians and scientists from leading medical schools. The first and most important decision that the MAB makes is whether the product formulations are safe. If the board does not agree that a product is safe, it is not produced.

All Theralogix products have been independently certified by NSF® International for content accuracy, product purity, and freedom from contaminants. The NSF seal guarantees that each Theralogix supplement contains exactly what is stated on its label, there are no contaminants or other ingredients that are not listed on the label, and cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices), which are established by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), have been met during the production of the product.

Q. Why should I inform my healthcare provider of taking a Theralogix supplement?


It is always important to tell your doctor or other healthcare provider which nutritional supplements you are taking. Although certain nutritional supplements can be very beneficial in some individuals, everyone may not benefit. For example, some nutritional supplements can interact with prescription medications, and some may not be recommended if you have a certain medical condition. If you find sorting through all the available supplements confusing and frustrating, your healthcare provider can help decide which supplements make sense for you.

Q. Can I use my Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for my Theralogix nutritional supplement?


Effective Jan 1, 2011, a written prescription from your healthcare provider is required to cover OTC (over-the-counter) products such as Theralogix nutritional supplements. While you cannot pay for Theralogix products with an FSA Debit Card, you may be able to file a claim for reimbursement with your FSA plan. This usually involves mailing a claim form with your signed prescription (not the same as a Theralogix referral slip) and payment receipt to your FSA plan. Please check with your FSA plan for details on how to file such claims.

Q. Why should I provide a PRC?


The PRC (Provider Referral Code) permits you to order Theralogix supplements at a preferred customer price. It also allows us to notify your referring healthcare provider when you place an order for, or cancel one or more of our products. This notification helps your provider keep track of what you are taking and monitor you for related outcomes.

Q. Does my healthcare provider receive a commission for referring me to Theralogix?
