When you enter your healthcare provider's code, you receive preferred customer pricing and a notice is generated and sent to your healthcare provider indicating that you have followed your healthcare provider's recommendation. This notice includes your name, address, phone number, and the product(s) purchased. This permits your healthcare provider to enter the information into your health records file and subsequently monitor you for compliance, interactions, and benefit. When you cancel your auto-refill program, a cancellation notice is also sent to your healthcare provider; your healthcare provider may follow up with you about the safety of your choice to deviate from their recommendation.

If you do not enter a PRC code, no notice is sent to your healthcare provider. However, if you do not enter a PRC, you do not receive preferred customer pricing.
