Your healthcare provider may give you a Provider Referral Code (PRC) to purchase the products you discussed during your office visit. Your doctor's recommendation of a Theralogix supplement was based on a specific need identified in your medical history and your healthcare provider wants to ensure you are following that recommendation. When you enter your doctor's code, you receive preferred customer pricing and a secure fax is generated and sent to your doctor indicating that you have followed your healthcare provider's recommendation. This fax includes your name, address, phone number, and the product(s) purchased. This permits your doctor to enter the information into your health records file and subsequently monitor you for side effects, interactions, and response to treatment. When you cancel your continuity program, a cancellation fax is also sent to your doctor; your doctor may follow up with you about the safety of your choice to deviate from the recommended product.

If you do not enter a PRC code, no message is sent to your doctor. However, if you do not enter a PRC, you do not receive preferred customer pricing.
