      Please check your e-mail for the confirmation that shows your requested change was received, and the details of the change. The web site does not entirely operate in real-time. Your account management screen will display most of the changes you made immediately, but some changes are not shown until confirmed with the warehouse overnight.


    • Q. The name on my order is spelled wrong?

    • Q. How do I get my next order to ship sooner than scheduled?

    • Q. I know I have an account, so why doesn't the system recognize my e-mail address?

      This means you haven't registered for online access to your account yet. Online access is not automatic, so if you have not registered, please do so by visting the customer login page. If you do not have your member number or order number to register use the "look it up here" link below the registration form or e-mail us and we will look up your number for you.
