More Information About CalMag Thins
CalMag Thins contain calcium and magnesium to support bone health,* in easy-to-swallow thin tablets that are designed to supplement the calcium you already get in your diet. Your daily dose will be based on how much calcium you get from food.
The formulation of CalMag Thins is overseen by an advisory board of leading academic physicians and scientists. CalMag Thins contain no vitamin D because they are intended to be taken with another product high in vitamin D, such as Essentia, Solo, TheraNatal, or Thera-D. Vitamin D is vital for bone health,* so it is important to take vitamin D along with CalMag Thins.
Each easy-to-swallow tablet contains:
- Calcium 200 mg (as calcium citrate, calcium carbonate)
- Magnesium 50 mg (as magnesium oxide)
The daily dose of CalMag Thins is individualized. It is based on the total daily calcium needs for your age and gender, and how much calcium you typically get from your diet.
