More Information About TheraCal
TheraCal was created by an advisory board of university physicians and scientists to provide optimal doses of calcium citrate, vitamin D3, and other vitamins and minerals essential for bone health.* Because vitamin D needs vary and are dependent on several factors, TheraCal is available with two different amounts of vitamin D. TheraCal D2000 contains 2000 IU vitamin D per daily dose (4 tablets), and TheraCal D4000 contains 4000 IU per daily dose (4 tablets). TheraCal is available for ordering in two different programs-
- TheraCal Rapid Repletion Program: includes one 3-month supply of TheraCal D4000 to promote bone health and replete (restore) vitamin D blood levels, followed by 3-month supply bottles of TheraCal D2000 to maintain normal vitamin D blood levels.
- TheraCal D2000 Continuity Program: includes ongoing 3-month supply bottles of TheraCal D2000 for bone health and vitamin D maintenance.
- Calcium 1000 mg (calcium citrate)
- Vitamin D3 2000 IU or 4000 IU (cholecalciferol)
- Vitamin K1 100 mcg (phytonadione)
- Magnesium 200 mg (as oxide)
- Strontium 100 mg (as citrate)
